If you're feeling overwhelmed by ADHD symptoms, struggling in your relationships, carrying the weight of past trauma, or finding yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, disconnected, frustrated, or unsure of how to move forward. Others are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, caregiver stress, or conflict in their personal relationships.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adults and couples seeking support, healing, and meaningful change. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your current challenges while building practical tools that help you improve relationships, manage emotions more effectively, navigate conflict, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adults, couples, and teens, helping people untangle challenges that often feel overwhelming, interconnected, or hard to name. I believe most struggles don’t exist in isolation—they affect our relationships, our emotions, and how we move through the world. My role is to truly get to know you, understand your story, and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.
My background is both clinical and academic. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, along with graduate degrees in Philosophy and Sociology, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications. I’m also a doctoral candidate in Educational Psychology. This combination allows me to look at your concerns through emotional, relational, and systemic lenses—not just symptom-focused ones.
I specialize in trauma work, relationship therapy, and working with preteens and teens—who are often misunderstood but incredibly important to support early. I’ve trained in EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, Art Therapy, and Conflict & Dispute Resolution. Above all, I value creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported.
When we go to therapy, we want someone we can connect with — someone who understands our culture, our story, and the challenges we face as women. As a first-generation bilingual therapist and a mother myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle parenting, career, relationships, and daily stress. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable, valued, and never judged.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I hold a master's degree in Christian Counseling. I have experience working as a minster in a college ministry setting and a grief counselor with a non-profit hospice. I am comfortable counseling individuals and couples who have lost loved ones. I also have experience helping couples prepare for marriage and working through conflict in marriage.
Hi, I’m Jada Washington, and I’m a mental health professional with 11 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults. I support people who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders, and I care deeply about helping each person feel seen, supported, and understood. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely welcomed.
I have been working as an LPC since 2015. I was fully licensed in 2018 and have been working with individuals since then. I really enjoy working with pre-teens, teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD, and those experiencing change or transitions in life. My master's degree is in clinical psychology. I am certified through Texas Tech in applied behavioral analysis.
