Hi, I’m Natalye—though you’re welcome to call me Nat, whichever feels more comfortable for you.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My work has spanned a wide range of populations, diagnoses, and settings. I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, behavioral issues, and eating disorders. My clinical experience includes in-home services, inpatient hospitalization, residential care, and outpatient treatment.
With an empathic approach and dynamic disposition, I’m deeply committed to building strong, trusting, and positive relationships with my clients and their support systems. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive spaces—and I’m proud to walk alongside my clients in that journey.
Having grown up across diverse regions of Asia, later navigating life in the United States as a student, and now establishing herself as a permanent resident, Alice brings a deeply personal understanding of the complexities within this journey. As an LSCW, I have worked in addiction and mental health for the last 6 years. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings. I have always wanted to start my own private practice since I started my social work career.
I work with adults to navigate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, codependency, transitional phases, and burnout. I will always meet you where you're at but also challenge you when needed!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of Saint Elizabeth and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University.
