“I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who truly cares about helping people feel understood and supported. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, whole-person mental health care. My clinical background includes experience with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, women’s mental health, and mood disorders. I hold advanced graduate training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management, and I am committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel truly seen and heard. My practice blends evidence-based treatment with a holistic perspective, addressing emotional, cognitive, and lifestyle factors that impact mental well-being. For clients who desire it, I also incorporate gentle, faith-sensitive support while maintaining a safe and inclusive space for all. My goal is to help you understand your symptoms, build resilience, and move toward lasting healing and clarity.”
My approach to therapy is rooted in natural, holistic, and integrative healing. I believe mental health is deeply connected to the whole person, including the mind, body, emotions, environment, relationships, sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and daily lifestyle patterns. I approach all concerns through a holistic lens, including anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, I work with clients to understand the full picture of what may be impacting their emotional well-being and overall balance.
I have strong knowledge of nutritional psychology and the connection between food, mood, energy, stress, inflammation, sleep, and mental health. I consider how factors such as circadian rhythm, the gut-brain axis, the vagus nerve, nutrition, and nervous system regulation may influence emotional wellness. I believe that what we eat, how we care for our bodies, how we rest, and the routines we create can all play an important role in supporting mental health.
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, ADHD, anger, stress, depression, or relationship struggles start piling up. You may be trying to hold everything together while feeling exhausted, distracted, or disconnected from the people you care about. Whether you're navigating family issues, trauma, or challenges unique to men’s mental health, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy can give you space to breathe, understand yourself more clearly, and make real changes that finally move you forward.
