Welcome! Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, family stress, or life transitions on your own. I work with adults and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns and major life changes. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we'll create a supportive space where you can explore what's contributing to your challenges, better understand your thoughts and emotions, and develop meaningful strategies for change. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and build the confidence needed to navigate life's difficulties while creating healthier relationships with yourself and others. Let's get started!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and Florida with 7 years of professional experience working with clients via telehealth. I work with adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 21 years experience in an educational setting, and an additional eleven years in private practice and telehealth. I have a diverse portfolio of experiences. I believe that people have the natural ability to heal themselves with support. We will work together to discover new insights and perspectives in an open, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
As a human being, we are designed for relationships and yet all too often hurt in relationships. Healing emotional wounds occurs through a supportive and positive relationship and environment. In addition to secular counseling, I offer faith-based counseling for those who are Christian and looking for counseling that integrates evidence-based therapies with Biblical principles, and does not espouse any specific denomination.
