I work with adolescents and adults to assist them through life’s ups and downs. I am LGBTQ+ allied and affirming and I utilize a multicultural approach when working with clients. I provide pharmacotherapy (medication management) motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities. We can assess during the first meeting if your treatment requires additional therapeutic support. I will provide a referral to a licensed therapist to ensure you receive comprehensive care. I am a therapist and school-based social worker who works with children, adolescents, and families. I specialize in supporting anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, executive functioning, as well as school-related stress. With experience in both school and clinical settings, I understand how these challenges show up in everyday life. I also work closely with parents to build practical tools that support growth at home.

I have a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling and have worked in inpatient rehab, community mental health, and private practice. And I've had several other careers before this: massage therapist, editor and writer, writing instructor, park ranger, all of which inform how I show up as a therapist.
