As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe meaningful change begins with transforming the way we think and behave. When we shift our internal patterns, we create space for healthier, more adaptive responses to life’s challenges. While we cannot change the past, we can work together to build new skills that help you navigate the present with clarity and approach the future with confidence.
I specialize in individual counseling for adults and adolescents, offering support for depression, anxiety, anger management, grief, emotional trauma, and adolescent development.
My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen self‐awareness, and develop practical tools that support lasting, meaningful change.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and co-founder of The Pineheart Center, with nearly 20 years of experience supporting adults through trauma, attachment-related concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My professional background spans nonprofit, clinical, and healthcare settings, which informs a grounded, compassionate, and relational approach to therapy.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am also a Licensed Child Placing Agency Administrator. In addition to traditional clinical training, I am a Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner, and I thoughtfully integrate this framework when helpful to support self-understanding, emotional awareness, and relational insight.
I primarily work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, identity exploration, relationship dynamics, and stress related to caregiving or high-responsibility roles. I value creating a space where clients feel seen as whole people—honoring both their struggles and their strengths.
With a master's degree in clinical psychology and 15 years of clinical experience with children, adolescents and adult populations, I’m passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical tools. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change at your own pace. I have experience treating mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, life transitions, stress, grief and relationship concerns.
I am a licensed therapist and certified school counselor with 17 years of experience with children and adolescents and 4 years of experience in private practice and behavioral health. I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults in helping them to learn more about themselves and to continue coloring their way through life.

Whether you're a parent worried about your child's emotional well-being, a teen feeling overwhelmed by school or relationships, or an adult navigating life's challenges, therapy can provide a place to better understand what's happening and find a way forward. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, trauma, and everyday stress. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by situations that seem to keep repeating, unsure of how to help themselves or the people they love.
