I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been in the helping profession for over 20 years. My journey as a therapist has been both personally and professionally rewarding. Much of my experience has been working with individuals from diverse populations who struggle with depression, grief, loss, anxiety and chronic illnesses. I have extensive experience working with adults and seniors citizens. My focus is making sure my clients are getting the best from me.
My treatment approach is rather laid back but is set on the foundation of developing a meaningful therapeutic relationship with my clients. Additionally, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, solution focused therapeutic approaches to help you overcome some of the life's difficult challenges. I want you to feel like the person you were meant to be.

I have a master's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) and bring over seven years of experience working primarily with adolescents. My professional background spans a variety of settings, including crisis intervention, outpatient clinics, and residential programs.
With over seven years of experience as a therapist, I have helped clients ranging from children to adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. May come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the individual needs of each client. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in the State of Texas and Washington, a National Certified Counselor (NBCC) and a Board-Certified Counselor (BCCC) recognized by the National Association of Christian Counselors (NACC). I started out as a Teacher in Inner and Outer London schools in the United Kingdom working with children, adolescents, and their families. I am experienced in working with clients from all faith/no faith background, comprising of children, adolescents, adults, and their families.

I am a trained trauma therapist who specialized in adolescents and family therapy. I have experience and extensive training working with depression, anxiety, anger and adjusting to new norms.
