I provide supportive therapy to adults and adolescents who are struggling with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, codependency, OCD and relationship issues. I work to help you evaluate what thought patterns, core beliefs, and behaviors are no longer serving you and to develop tools to self-soothe, affirm yourself, set boundaries, enhance authenticity and communicate effectively.

Being a Marriage and Family Therapist, I fundamentally believe the family is a system and if something is going on with one person in the family, it will likely affect other members of the family.
