The struggles you face and the traumas you have experienced do not have to define you. You have the ability to create a new path for yourself, to live the life you really want to live. I would love to help you create that life. As a Christian counselor, I believe God created perfection and placed it all in the Garden of Eden. Unfortunately, sin entered the picture and people have been struggling with the effects of sin ever since. While I am passionate about my own spiritual walk, I do respect the journey each person is on. It is not my place to dictate to you how your walk should look. God is big enough to handle that part all by himself. I am interested in helping my clients deal with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, spiritual issues, marriage issues, trauma, and others.
I have a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges. Seeking help can feel like a big step, but it's also a powerful one. I offer a collaborative and nonjudgemental space for discovering strengths and with helping you feel empowered.
I’m Elizabeth, a Filipina American Psychiatric‐Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Her Mind & Wellness. My practice is built on the belief that mental‐health care should feel human, culturally aware, and deeply supportive.
I believe healing happens when you feel seen, safe, and understood. My practice blends modern psychiatry with a nurturing, human approach — creating a space where you can breathe, reset, and rebuild your wellness with guidance that feels gentle, clear, and empowering.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they do not fully understand, or exhausted from carrying challenges on their own for too long. Whether you are navigating trauma, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, family conflict, or a major life transition, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we will explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles while building practical tools to help you move forward. I believe meaningful change begins with greater self-awareness, and that healing happens when people feel seen, understood, and supported.
My goal is to create a space where you can show up authentically, make sense of your experiences, strengthen your coping skills, and develop a deeper sense of confidence in yourself and your relationships.
I take a slow, mindful, and relational approach to the therapeutic process. We live in a world where things move quite quickly, in such a way where slowing down can feel scary. But it can also be a great act of resistance. In the therapy room, you will have ample time to explore while I offer presence and guidance along the way. If you and I were to be on a road trip, you are behind the wheel while I help to navigate from the passenger seat

I work best with clients who are navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and everyday stress. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward. My ideal clients are looking for a supportive space to process what they are carrying, better understand themselves, and begin healing at a pace that feels right for them. I believe people heal best when they feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach to counseling is grounded in kindness, empathy, consistency, and genuine human connection.
For the past 20 years, I have worked in educational counseling and mental health support with children and adolescents ages 5–18. During that time, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside students and families through some of life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. For the last 14 years, I have also practiced as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), helping clients build emotional resilience, confidence, and practical tools for everyday life.
My experience includes working extensively with anxiety, executive functioning challenges, academic stress, goal setting, grief, and trauma. I understand how overwhelming life can feel when emotions, responsibilities, or past experiences begin to weigh heavily. I also know that healing and growth are possible with support, patience, and the right therapeutic relationship.
Hi! I'm Jordan a social worker by trade turned therapist to help as many people as possible to achieve their best self. I completed my education at Texas Tech University and University of Texas at Arlington. I have been fortunate to work as a licensed social worker for the past 7 years. I am a holistic, trauma-informed psychotherapist, traditional medicine apprentice, and the founder of The Collab. Grounded in values of honesty, deep respect, and genuine connection, my practice views mental health through a multi-dimensional lens—honoring the profound relationship between mind, body, spirit, and community. My mission is to provide culturally responsive, decolonial care that moves away from rigid, one-size-fits-all frameworks and instead centers collective healing, generational resilience, and the unique cultural contexts of every individual I serve.
I hold a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Texas at El Paso. Over my career, I have specialized in serving children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating complex trauma, life transitions, grief, and anxiety.
