I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Joseph's University and my master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My work has spanned a wide range of populations, diagnoses, and settings. I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, behavioral issues, and eating disorders. My clinical experience includes in-home services, inpatient hospitalization, residential care, and outpatient treatment.
With an empathic approach and dynamic disposition, I’m deeply committed to building strong, trusting, and positive relationships with my clients and their support systems. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive spaces—and I’m proud to walk alongside my clients in that journey.
Uncomfortable as they may be, emotional struggles often develop for understandable reasons. They reflect what we’ve experienced, how we’ve learned to cope, protect ourselves, and navigate important relationships over time. And while these patterns may have once served an important purpose and still carry valuable information, they can also keep us tied to past experiences in ways that make it difficult to feel fully present, connected, and grounded in ourselves. Therapy can help us better understand these experiences so that we can move forward with greater flexibility, self-understanding, and connection in our lives and relationships.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
