

I am licensed by the State of North Carolina as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Addictions Specialist. It is my goal as a therapist to assist individuals on their journey of finding more balance in life. I have over a decade of experience in mental health and specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also offer distance counseling and nature based therapy for individuals who would benefit from the flexibility due to busy schedules or prefer therapy outside of a conventional office setting. I strive to help individuals address feelings of being overwhelmed by life's demands and begin working towards the life they envision for themselves.

I was drawn to this work because of my own journey. Growing up, I often found myself holding space for others—listening deeply, asking questions, and offering comfort. Over time, I realized that being present with people in their pain, and witnessing their growth, was not just something I cared about—it was something I was meant to do. That sense of purpose continues to guide me today.
