I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker / psychotherapist with almost 10 years of experience helping individuals overcome life challenges and mental health struggles. My areas of interest include working with anxiety, panic disorder, Womens issues, people in recovery from substance use, depression and relationships.
Hi there! My name is Libby and I am happy you’re here. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been providing therapy for clients for six years.
Something uncomfortable brought you here. You may have tried to move forward and found that something still lingers. You understand what’s going on, but it hasn’t shifted in a meaningful way. My clients come ready to do real work. I meet each person as a whole person, not as a diagnosis or as a presenting problem. I work primarily with adults and young adults, using EMDR alongside CBT and solution-focused and person-centered approaches that support real change. Our focus is on what hasn’t moved and why, so you’re not just managing symptoms but creating genuine, lasting movement forward. If you have done the talking and still do not feel free, I would love to connect.
My name is Angela, I’m a licensed psychotherapist in the state of New York. I received my MSW from New York University and work individually with teens, young adults and adults who may be struggling with loss/grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal and men’s issues. As someone who grew up in a predominantly male family, I especially recognize the importance of accessible mental health treatment for men.
I am a Latinx psychologist who trained at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in the Bronx, NY. My training includes working with people throughout the lifespan with a variety of psychological presentations. I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma, treating healthcare professionals, and managing diagnoses such as depression, anxiety and adjustment disorder.
“Sometimes I’ll start a sentence and I don’t even know where it’s going.” (Michael Scott) Hi! My name is Alyssa (she/her), and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I attended the CUNY College of Staten Island and received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been working in this field since 2019 and completed my internship working with Children of Substance Abusers, as well as their caregivers. From there, I worked in two private mental health practices, working with children, teens, and young adults in a variety of areas/modalities.
I conduct sessions with children, teens, young adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have experience working with clients who have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Social Anxiety, School-Related Anxiety, Grief/Loss, Anger, Relationship Conflicts, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Day-to-Day Life Stressors.
Guided by my persistent and deep curiosity about the human condition, I now bring over 12 years of clinical experience to my work. Within a secure, collaborative therapeutic relationship, we work together to heal emotional wounds, strengthen inner resources, and integrate all parts of the Self—fostering a more meaningful, conscious engagement with the world.
My clients can expect emotional and psychological support, thoughtful insight and guidance, and skill-building, all in service of empowerment, growth and transformation.
