Congratulations on your commitment to your mental wellness. With over 30 years in practice, I have worked with a wide range of clients and concerns. Many are high-functioning individuals navigating stress, loss, trauma, or life transitions, seeking more than symptom relief. Others feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, even without a clear reason. I work collaboratively to understand your full experience and support meaningful change, integrating insight, practical strategies, and body-based awareness to help you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move forward with clarity and intention.
Something brought you here today. Maybe you're carrying something heavy that's hard to name. Maybe a relationship isn't working the way you hoped. Maybe life shifted in a way you weren't prepared for and you haven't felt like yourself since. Whatever it is — you're in the right place.
I work with individuals and couples navigating reproductive health, life transitions, and relationships. I specialize in infertility, pregnancy loss, and postpartum adjustment, as well as the moments when life leaves you feeling stuck, disconnected, or not quite yourself. With couples, I focus on communication, intimacy, and rebuilding trust and connection after rupture.

It can be very difficult to trust someone especially a stranger and telling your story multiple times. Asking for help is not always easy and scheduling can be challenging. Currently I see adult clients remotely and some children outdoors in Prospect Park.
Hi, I’m Dani — and I believe therapy works best when you feel truly comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, understood, and never judged, whether you’re coming in with something deeply painful or simply feeling overwhelmed by life lately.
I work with children, teens, young adults, and parents navigating a chronic health condition, anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship stress, burnout, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of my clients are caring, thoughtful people who spend so much energy taking care of others that they rarely give themselves the same compassion.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You’re allowed to come in anxious, uncertain, emotional, talkative, quiet, overwhelmed — however you are is okay. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected to yourself and the life you want to build.
