My name is Gillian Foster and I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with dual certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC). I take a holistic approach to care, addressing both mental and physical health needs. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns using evidence-based, individualized treatment plans. I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work at Simmons University, and my clinical experience has focused on supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, burnout, and issues related to identity and belonging. I have a special heart for clients who are used to being the strong ones, the caregivers, the first-gen trailblazers, the ones who hold space for everyone else.

I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist with extensive training in Trauma-Focused therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Creative Arts Therapy, Somatic Therapies, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I believe understanding the brain as it relates to both trauma and meditation is an empowering first step on the healing journey.

Sarah Clark is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who is dedicated to providing services to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. Sarah believes in the importance of developing a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients and meeting each of their individual needs in a unique way.
Sarah has experience working in a wide variety of school settings, as well as community-based organizations and mental health clinics. Sarah is passionate about utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. In addition to these experiences, Sarah has experience providing family therapy, as well as facilitating support groups for caregivers. By using a strengths perspective approach, Sarah aims to assist each client to develop the necessary coping skills and strategies to reach their desired therapeutic goals.
