As a multicultural mental health counselor, I am deeply committed to honoring diversity in all its forms and creating a safe, inclusive space where every individual's unique experiences are valued and respected. Whether you are a teenager navigating the complexities of adolescence, an adult striving for personal fulfillment, or a couple seeking to strengthen your bond, I am here to offer guidance and support every step of the way. I work with individuals wanting to cope with a plethora of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, couples' issues, substance related issues, sexual abuse, queer identifying, life management, etc.
As a graduate of the University at Albany with a Master's in Social Work, I have had the privilege of working in an outpatient setting for the past 12 years. In this setting I have worked with individuals that suffer from trauma, mood disorders including depression, anxiety and adjustment disorders related to life changes. In providing group, individual, family and couple's counseling I have helped individuals achieve the goals that they determine for themselves.

Healing and growth can be challenging, and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re feeling the weight of past experiences or facing challenges in your relationship, we offer a warm, welcoming space for relational psychotherapy where you can be honest about what you’re carrying and feel fully supported. Our work is grounded in relational and attachment-focused therapy with attention to somatic awareness.
We focus on what matters most—the moments that spark insight, the conversations that feel necessary but tough, and the steps that help you move forward. Together, we will process what has been difficult, nurture your connection with yourself, and deepen your bond with the people who matter most.
I've been working with clients in New York for over 30 years after completing psychoanalytic training. My decades of experience enable me to grasp and appreciate the complexity of the people I work with as I guide them to achieve lasting change. I feel fortunate that I've been able to engage in such an emotionally rewarding profession in which deep human connections are pursued and valued. Also, I specialize in working with adult males seeking change.
