Therapy isn't about perfection - it’s about showing up as you are, wherever you are. Whether you’re navigating grief, postpartum changes, or the weight of life’s stress, I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can feel supported, heard, and ready to move from survival mode toward healing.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re used to caring for everyone else first. I see that kind of devotion as a quiet strength, and my goal is to help you begin caring for yourself too—even if it feels unfamiliar.
I have over 10 years experience in private practice and in home therapy, truly getting to know my clients, their families, and home lives with focus in anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, and stress management.
I graduated from Temple University with a BA of Social Work providing case management empowering parents to advocate for their child's medical , educational, and community needs. Then I graduated with a Masters of Social Work from Stockton University while growing my experiences as a case manager for a children's partial care program. Gaining further experience I provided individual and family therapy to children impacted by trauma. More recently I have expanded my scope of practice providing individual therapy to adults through an out patient setting.
Hello I have been a practicing therapist for 20 years. I received my Masters degree from Buffalo University in 2005. I continue to receive and seek education to further my skill set.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s of Science in Community and Trauma Counseling, I bring both professional expertise and a personal touch to our work together. I support children, adolescents, young adults, and adults through various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, relationship difficulties, family dynamics, and LGBTQIA+ support. Beyond my credentials, I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and understood.
Hi, I'm Lexi, also known as That Therapy Girl. I graduated with my Bachelors from Florida state University with a focus in sociology. I went on to receive my masters in Marriage and Family therapy with a focus in family systems.
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner board-certified, I have 20 years of work experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health care settings. My specialties include mood disorders, anxiety, psychotic disorders, depression and much more.
My love for Social Work comes from personal life experiences and wanting to help people see the beauty in life again.
I attended Lebanon Valley College and obtained my Bachelors in Psychology and then I graduated from Monmouth University with my Masters in Social Work. I have been in the field for 5 years and continue to expand my knowledge. I have experience with both mental health and addiction, spending the first part of my career in in-patient. I currently work full time for an Outpatient mental health and substance abuse clinic helping a very focused and specific population.
Everyone needs help sometimes, and I am here to listen.
I am passionate and empathetic and I believe in always giving that to my clients.
When life feels heavy, it's easy to feel disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the direction you want your life to take. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, grief, or major life transitions—and unsure of how to move forward.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adolescents and adults in Florida and New Jersey, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll identify what's contributing to your struggles, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
