Life sometimes brings us moments where things don't feel quite right - relationships change, identities evolve, responsibilities grow, or the ways we’ve always coped stop working as well as they once did. Those moments can feel confusing, lonely, or heavy.
For more than 20 years, I’ve helped people move through those seasons of change.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who have spent years showing up for others - at work, in relationships, in their families - but feel uncertain about how to care for themselves in the same way. My clients often come to therapy feeling stuck in self-doubt, low mood, complicated family dynamics, body image struggles, or the quiet pressure to be everything for everyone.
I work with adults across many life stages - college students finding their direction, young adults building their lives, and mid-career professionals balancing work, relationships, parenting, or caregiving. I also have experience supporting military members and their families and provide affirming therapy for transgender clients.
Above all, I believe therapy should be a place where you feel respected, understood, and able to reconnect with your own voice.
Hello! My name is Robert Whitekettle, I have a master degree in social work and I am a licensed clinical social worker, as well as a licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor, with nearly 15 years experience. I specialize in treating individual challenges with managing mood, anxiety, addiction, trauma and grief. I have experience offering therapeutic support to children, teenagers and adults. I also have experience in engaging in therapeutic support for couples and family counseling.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know that you've landed somewhere safe. I'm a licensed therapist with three years of experience working with adults, and I specialize in trauma, anxiety, life transitions and self-worth.
I'm trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach for processing trauma and the experiences that continue to shape how we feel about ourselves and the world. I approach every client through a trauma-informed lens, which means I understand that what you're dealing with today often has roots that go deeper than the surface — and I'll meet you wherever you are in that process.
Hi, I'm Haley! I'm an LCSW, Brooklyn born, New Jersey based, who has experience working in community-based mental health, a school setting, in-home counseling and seeing private clients. I am a certified DBT therapist, and have taken some courses for a doula certification.
My name is Toby Schwartz, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from New York University in 2009, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Social Work (DSW) at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, with an expected graduation in 2027.
My clinical practice specializes in supporting individuals navigating eating disorders, body dysmorphia, diet culture deprogramming, and the complex trauma associated with weight bias. In addition to these specialties, I provide evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, childhood relational trauma, and general relationship or life transitions. I am dedicated to creating a supportive space where clients can heal, process trauma, and navigate life's challenges.
Hi, I’m Natalye—though you’re welcome to call me Nat, whichever feels more comfortable for you.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My work has spanned a wide range of populations, diagnoses, and settings. I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, behavioral issues, and eating disorders. My clinical experience includes in-home services, inpatient hospitalization, residential care, and outpatient treatment.
With an empathic approach and dynamic disposition, I’m deeply committed to building strong, trusting, and positive relationships with my clients and their support systems. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive spaces—and I’m proud to walk alongside my clients in that journey.
Are you seeking a deeper sense of satisfaction in your life? Do conflicted feelings often stand in the way of your happiness? With many years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and cultivating greater well-being.
A significant aspect of my practice involves Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a specialty that focuses on identifying and modifying negative thought patterns and behaviors. I believe in providing practical solutions that can be readily applied to the challenges of everyday life, empowering you to make tangible progress.
My approach centers on building upon your inherent strengths while exploring new perspectives on existing challenges. Having earned my degree from the esteemed Wurzweiler School of Social Work, I bring a depth of knowledge and a compassionate perspective to my practice. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their struggles and develop effective strategies for lasting positive change.
