People tend to seek me out because they are looking for someone who feels normal and approachable. Sure, I have a quirk or two, but people often describe talking with me as feeling like they are talking with an old friend who happens to know a lot of mental health specific things and who gives solid counsel and makes them feel valid in this crazy world.
I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. My goal is to create a supportive space where we can explore life's challenges, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools for lasting change. I take a collaborative, individualized approach, recognizing that every person's experiences and goals are unique. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, or substance use, I'm here to help you move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life at your own pace.
