I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership and not a lecture. As an experienced LCSW, i strive to create a supportive nonjudgemental space where clients feel heard, respected and empowered to grow.

Welcome! I specialize in evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism, trauma-related concerns, grief, and life transitions. I work with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, first responders, veterans, and families seeking structured support and meaningful change.
I use compassion, warmth, and a touch of humor to help clients feel safe, understood, and at ease during our work together. I also strive to create a supportive environment where clients can explore challenges without judgment and reconnect with their strengths.
Therapeutically, I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed practices, psychodynamic approaches, DBT skills, mindfulness, and strengths-based coaching to support clarity, healing, and growth at each client’s pace.
Inspired by the Tibetan Buddhist concept of the Four Immeasurables—happiness, joy, compassion, and equanimity—my practice reflects a commitment to cultivating emotional resilience and deeper wellbeing in everyday life.
Whether you're seeking support through stress, trauma, neurodivergence, identity development, or life transitions, my role is to walk with you, guide you, and help you discover meaningful change from the inside out.
I am a very laid-back therapist. I value the therapeutic relationship we build. I view our experience as a travel we go on together to help remove obstacles leading to your chosen goals. This is also your safe place to talk about things you may not feel comfortable talking to with people in your day-to-day life. My approach is to provide a nonjudgmental safe space.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with over seven years of experience working in both mental health and substance use treatment settings. Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I believe every person deserves a space where they feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we can work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and help you achieve meaningful, lasting change.
I am a bilingual Spanish speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Forensic Psychology, with over 8 years of experience providing psychotherapy across outpatient, inpatient, crisis intervention, community mental health, and care coordination settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, behavioral challenges, and complex mental health needs. My background also includes working with individuals experiencing crises, coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for clients to ensure they receive comprehensive, compassionate support.
As the founder of Bliss Community and Counseling Services LLC, I also provide forensic social work services, including forensic consultations, immigration-related psychosocial evaluations, and expert witness support when appropriate. My diverse professional background allows me to understand the many personal, family, medical, and legal factors that can affect mental health and healing.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life change, struggling with past trauma, or simply looking for a supportive place to grow, I am committed to meeting you with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. I strive to empower every client with the tools, confidence, and support needed to move forward and create a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.
Life sometimes brings us moments where things don't feel quite right - relationships change, identities evolve, responsibilities grow, or the ways we’ve always coped stop working as well as they once did. Those moments can feel confusing, lonely, or heavy.
For more than 20 years, I’ve helped people move through those seasons of change.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who have spent years showing up for others - at work, in relationships, in their families - but feel uncertain about how to care for themselves in the same way. My clients often come to therapy feeling stuck in self-doubt, low mood, complicated family dynamics, body image struggles, or the quiet pressure to be everything for everyone.
I work with adults across many life stages - college students finding their direction, young adults building their lives, and mid-career professionals balancing work, relationships, parenting, or caregiving. I also have experience supporting military members and their families and provide affirming therapy for transgender clients.
Above all, I believe therapy should be a place where you feel respected, understood, and able to reconnect with your own voice.
I support individuals navigating life’s transitions—whether that means marriage, divorce, retirement, relocation, empty nesting, menopause, or simply the quiet realization that life is asking for something new.
My practice is rooted in culturally responsive, client-centered care that honors the full complexity of who you are—not just the labels others may place on you. I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported without judgment.
While I work with individuals from all walks of life, I have a special passion for supporting women of color, particularly those 55 and older, who are redefining themselves in powerful new seasons of life.
You do not have to navigate change alone.
Together, we will work toward the life you are seeking—personally, professionally, and spiritually.
