I work with clients who are in need of someone who is caring, professional, and who is willing to provide guidance without placing blame or judgement. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach where I help clients modify their thinking to have positive effects with their emotions and behaviors. I take into consideration the whole person including psychological, spiritual, physical, emotional, behavioral. I treat all clients with respect and help them find more appropriate and positive ways to handle life stressors and issues.
I obtained my Master’s Degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and am trained in Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed in drugs and alcohol.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important. I will work with you in finding healthy ways to live a more fulfilled life.
Seeking out support is a vulnerable yet necessary first step in change. I aim to empower clients to see that they are worthy. In my practice I work to build trusting relationships, to unpack false beliefs, enhance self-care, and reprocess past traumas. Working with clients I will take their lead on the goals that they intend to achieve, and the changes they want to make. I believe when individuals choose to enhance their well-being, a ripple effect of empowerment is felt by those around them.

Big changes, self-doubt, anxiety, depression: these are the moments most of my clients
arrive in. As an LCSW based in New Jersey, I specialize in life transitions and use

you're ready to do something different, I'd love to talk.
My practice is unique because I integrate strength-based and person-centered approach using CBT, mindfulness techniques, culturally sensitive, humanistic approach tailored support precisely to your needs.
