I am a U.S. Navy veteran that came to therapy late in life after a successful career in Tech. I am very analytical but also empathic, compassionate and humorous.
I am passionate about supporting my clients to feel congruent internally, so they can further understand and communicate their needs externally. While talking is the most obvious way for communication, I also love to incorporate our somatic experiences during sessions (with your agreement, of course). As an immigrant from Taiwan, it's also my mission to provide my expertise for people struggling with "fit in", while transitioning to any new environments.
You do not have to have everything figured out before you reach out. You just have to take one
step. I am Sharon, a licensed therapist (LICSW) in Massachusetts specializing in trauma, grief,
and the weight of experiences that do not just go away on their own. I bring a collaborative,
trauma-informed approach built on one core belief: healing happens inside a relationship where
you feel genuinely heard, understood, and safe to go at your own pace. Much of my career has
been spent supporting Veterans and others navigating life's hardest terrain, and I would be
honored to walk alongside you on yours.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe that healing occurs within a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I work with each person to identify their strengths, build resilience, and develop practical strategies to achieve their goals.
I welcome adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences and strive to provide an inclusive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their concerns and move toward greater well-being.
Whether you are seeking support for past trauma, coping with grief, managing stress, or navigating a difficult life transition, I would be honored to work alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
Life doesn't come with a roadmap and it's normal to feel overwhelmed at times. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, cultural or identity concerns, grief/loss, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and approachable space where you can explore your experiences and take meaningful steps towards change.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across outpatient and emergency settings I bring a grounded and compassionate perspective to therapy. This background allows me to meet clients where they are whether they're seeking immediate relief or working toward deeper personal growth.

Want to make the most of your life, but something keeps getting in the way?
I work with thoughtful, high-energy adults who feel held back by patterns they can’t seem to break—whether that’s anxiety, addiction, trauma, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, depression, or persistent overthinking. Stop letting your lizard brain run the show.
Together, we’ll identify the emotional and behavioral patterns that no longer serve you, understand where they came from, and develop practical ways to move forward. My goal is not simply symptom reduction, but helping you create a life that feels meaningful, connected, and fully your own.
Hello! I have had the honor of working with folks struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief as well as many other difficult issues for over 20 years. I believe healing happens when we honor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My work is grounded in holistic and trauma-informed approaches that recognize each individual’s innate capacity for healing. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment during each session. My style is collaborative and interactive and I often pull from a variety of techniques and modalities.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, and have experience working with adults, children and families. I earned my Master's degree in 2023 in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University. I have experience with many mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis, and personality disorders. I love connecting with women and mothers and helping them to find their joy and peace.
