Living with anxiety, depression, or chronic stress can make everyday life feel heavy and unfair, and it’s normal to feel drained by ongoing worry, low mood, or tension. You may have trouble sleeping, concentrating, or enjoying things you once liked, and reaching out for help can feel like a big step. Seeking support is a meaningful move toward feeling steadier and more hopeful. These struggles often affect work, relationships, and self-esteem, whether the worry shows up as panic, persistent low mood, or chronic stress. Together we'll explore what keeps these patterns going and build practical ways to feel more balanced and connected

Hello! I've been practicing since 2017. I've worked in community based organizations and private practice. I've worked closely with the BIPOC communities with a particular emphasis on the Latinx community. I am Latinx and cis-genderd female. I focus on intergenerational trauma and healing. I support clients through a warm, attuned, and relationship‐centered approach. My intention is to be collaborative, helpful, and grounded in trust‐based, relational work. If you’re ready for a space where your story is honored, I'm here. Sometimes we can struggle in how we connect, trust, and regulate our emotions throughout life, influencing our levels of anxiety, depression, and overall ability to manage mood. I have worked with persons with disabilities, children, adults, and families to help find balance.
