I have a fundamental belief in the transformative power of therapy. I come to this belief not just as a practicing therapist but as someone who was profoundly shaped by therapy as a young man. Having started my own journey with doubt and hesitation, I deeply respect the courage it takes to begin this work. Talking about therapy can feel tricky as jargon and platitudes often dominate the conversation. What I can say is this: I believe in your capacity—within a therapeutic relationship that intuitively feels right to you—to become a better version of yourself defined on your own terms.
I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for individuals of all backgrounds. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to take control of your mental well-being. I value collaboration, transparency, and genuine connection in the healing process.
I’m A. Harvest, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Case Manager (CCM) with 21 years of experience in social work and behavioral health. My background spans outpatient mental health, integrated primary care, medical social work, rehabilitation, hospice, telehealth, group therapy, and leadership — much of it within the Veterans Health Administration, where I've had the privilege of serving veterans, military families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
As a wife, mother, caregiver, and healthcare professional myself, I understand what it feels like to carry multiple roles while trying to show up for everyone - including yourself. I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to my work, and I believe that combination matters. You'll find me warm, authentic, and genuinely invested in your well-being. I strive to create a space where you feel truly heard, respected, and never judged.

Hello! My name is Hannah, I’m a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience. I strongly value providing trauma-informed care and treatment that is grounded in safety, steadiness, and that is focused on the client’s self-determined need. To this day, the therapeutic relationship and alliance remains one of the strongest predictor of the effectiveness of therapy. As such, I firmly value the therapeutic relationship and will work to provide a safe and secure dynamic to support clients as they work towards their individualized goals. As a provider, my focus is on helping clients build emotional regulation, self-trust, and enhances their natural resilience at a pace that honors their nervous system and lived experience.
I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and relationship challenges with compassion, clarity, and a holistic lens. Clients often tell me they feel seen, safe, and supported in our work together. As a therapist, I combine clinical expertise with intuition and deep respect for the whole person-mind, body, and spirit-to create a space where healing, insight, and lasting change can take root.
When stress starts to build, it can affect more than just your day-to-day life. It can impact your mood, your energy, and your relationships. I work with adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, workplace stress, and burnout. Many of my clients are used to juggling responsibilities, caring for others, and pushing through difficult seasons until they realize they're no longer feeling like themselves. You might feel constantly overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or like you can’t fully “turn off” your mind. At the same time, stress can begin to show up in your relationships through miscommunication, distance, or frustration, making it harder to feel connected and supported.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to figure things out alone. I’m Tamara Whittleton, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and major life changes. I focus on creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable talking openly while developing practical strategies for growth and healing

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, ADHD, and spiritual wounding. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients feel safe, seen, and heard. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and I deeply value honest connections and authenticity in the healing process.
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where clients can show up as they are.
