Hi! My name is Lacy and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over a decade of experience helping people of all ages become their best selves. I believe everyone should have a space where they feel unconditionally supported and understood, with someone who will never judge them, and they can finally let out that deep breathe they've been holding in.
I have a modern and compassionate style to treatment. I bring authenticity and humor to our work. I am all-inclusive in my practice and welcome all individuals, and couples of any race, orientation, gender identity, body-type, culture, and religion. You have taken the first step, let me help you with the second.
As a Christian therapist, I walk with clients to strengthen and support them in learning self compassion, understanding their worth, finding insight and living wisely. I have studied psychology and marriage and family therapy for over 13 years and have been in practice as a therapist for 7 of those years. I have intentionally learned and applied principles and practices which help clients sustain growth from hurts, unprocessed feelings and lack of direction toward more energy, enjoyment and purposefulness in life again.
I look forward to consulting with you to see if our therapeutic work would fit with you!
If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, or life's emotional challenges, please know you don’t have to carry this weight alone. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I am dedicated to helping you reclaim your life. My practice is built on a foundation of deep empathy and genuine care. I treat you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Together, we will navigate your challenges using evidence-based treatments tailored to your unique story and goals. Your mental health journey deserves a safe space, and I am here to provide exactly that as we work toward your healing.
*Currently not accepting couples* Welcome! I provide support to individuals, couples, kink, and various polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous relational structures to guide them toward sexual wellness and health with an emphasis on communication, pleasure, and intimacy. I am also an avid advocate for combatting stigma in regard to STI/STDs, providing education on safe disclosures, and anxiety surrounding initial diagnoses. I've worked with folks with disabilities and chronic illness/pain, sex workers, survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, LGBTQIA+, reproductive and perinatal issues, and those struggling with cultural identity and religious trauma.
My modalities include a sex positive approach that is non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic. I use different interventions such as CBT, motivational interviewing, bereavement and grief support, mindfulness, meditation, and harm reduction strategies. I include literature, art, and somatic practices into the therapeutic space as well.
My background is in medical social work (currently have worked over 8 years in the hospital setting). I have worked at UCLA, the Los Angeles Sex Therapy Collective, and I've presented at many sexual health conferences and workshops. I have my Masters in Social Work and Public Administration from USC and my undergraduate degree in Political Science from Macalester College, MN.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist living and practicing in Southern California. I decided to make a career change in my early 30's and pursued both my master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. My education and training largely focused on multicultural and community psychology, and my dissertation focused on parenting gender diverse children. I specialize in LGBTQIA+-affirmative therapy, parenting support, and psychological assessment. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, suicidality, chronic illness, ADHD, relationship challenges, and grief.

I have vast experience with a wide variety of clients. My professional history includes children living in abusive environments, teenagers who are struggling to access their education due to mental health concerns, families navigating dysfunction and adults dealing with a variety of life difficulties.
I currently work, primarily, in corrections with inmates struggling to adjust to the custody environment. I offer crisis intervention in addition to ongoing support.
I approach the therapeutic space with compassion and openness. I meet my clients right where they are emotionally and in their healing journey.
I am currently accepting new clients. Life can feel loud, confusing, or just plain heavy, and you do not have to sort through it alone. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, mood changes, personality-related struggles, and big emotions. Whether you are looking for support for your child or for yourself, our work can help you feel more understood, more steady, and better equipped for everyday life.
I’m Erin, a licensed therapist who specializes in working with women in their 20s and 30s who want to deepen confidence in themselves and their futures. The origins of the word 'confidence' come from roots that mean, “with trust." If you're uncertain about your direction, are feeling lonely, or are moving through a difficult season like a move or a breakup, therapy can offer a space to transform confusion into understanding and restore that sense of trust in your life.
Prior to starting my private practice, I practiced for several years at a mental health agency. I accumulated experience working with children, adolescents, and adults while using individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy in an effort to meet each client's needs and allow for maximum growth and overall well-being. I’ve always wanted to help individuals around me evolve and overcome difficult situations that life puts people in and felt that marriage and family therapy was the field that encompassed most of the practices I wanted to expand on. I am certified in several evidence-based practices (EBP), which is the concept that occupational practices ought to be based on scientific evidence for maximal progress and successful outcomes. I am certified in the following EBPs: Cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, positive parenting, and managing and adapting practices.
