Oh, hey! What a coincidence to meet you here. Everyone seems to be stressed, depressed or plain old over everything and everyone. I get it. I really do. The last thing you want to be doing on your fifteen minute break is looking for someone to talk to about your problems and the general state of the world, but you're here, and I'm available to listen. I'm not going to use a bunch of fancy words I learned in grad school or make you feel like I'm the expert on your life. You know you best.
Something uncomfortable brought you here. You may have tried to move forward and found that something still lingers. You understand what’s going on, but it hasn’t shifted in a meaningful way. My clients come ready to do real work. I meet each person as a whole person, not as a diagnosis or as a presenting problem. I work primarily with adults and young adults, using EMDR alongside CBT and solution-focused and person-centered approaches that support real change. Our focus is on what hasn’t moved and why, so you’re not just managing symptoms but creating genuine, lasting movement forward. If you have done the talking and still do not feel free, I would love to connect.
My background ranges from offering mental health and art therapy services to individuals experiencing anxiety, stress related to life transitions, grief and loss as well as trauma recovery. I completed my dual Masters Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling at Southwestern College in New Mexico. I'm a Licensed Therapist in CA and enjoy supporting people create a life worth living.
Hi, I’m Audie, and I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, relationship dynamics, professional development, and family conflicts. Welcome to my practice.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and graduated with my master's in marriage and family therapy from USC Rossier School of Education.
My approach is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to your unique needs. I welcome individuals and couples from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ clients and those in monogamous, ethical non-monogamy, polyamorous or other types of relationship structures. Therapy is a space for self-discovery and growth, and I’m here to support you in creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
Please note that I can only see those interested in doing couples therapy as private pay clients. (Unfortunately most insurance contracts do not include couples therapy as a billable service but I can discuss a sliding scale rate with you).
